To Dal Makhani & A Happily Ever After

Listen up all you good folks in Pune: Food Story is here at Dhole Patil Road, and it is an experience that I would not like any of you to miss out on. This post might result in a severe case of  drooling- you have been warned.

Located next to Mainland China in the City Point complex on Dhole Patil Road, Food Story with it’s fancy décor manages to seem quite formal and intimidating at first. This of course changed for me by the end of the meal. Credit for this goes to the warm hospitality.

The staff seems a little lost (from what I figured from the other tables) but I guess they’re probably getting used to the business (Food Story is only a month old) The presentation of the food is lovely, the ambiance is soothing, the place is neat, and the food is beyond great. The menu is priced on the higher sidde, so you might want to reserve this place for a good time.

Here’s what’s in store for you at the Food Story-

In my honest opinion, I think Kangan at the Westin has got some serious competition. Hope Food Story manages to keep up the good work once the initial excitement is over.

If you are a non vegetarian, you’re probably going to die and go to heaven. If you are a vegetarian, well, the Dal Makhani can be quite a good life partner. So once after you visit ( I am leaving you with no choice, for a change) do let me know all about your experience. I’m active on Twitter (@DumbbellsnDrama), Instagram (@dumbbellsanddrama) , Zomato (Pea Tea) and SnapChat (Pea Tea)

Looking forward to read what you have to say. Bon Appetite!
