As you might have seen recently thanks to social media, Magnum launched a new flavor in India- the Choco-Cappuccino. I dropped in at the launch and master-class held at Four Seasons, Mumbai, and had an absolute blast mixing! I met a couple of fellow bloggers, bakers, story-tellers, and had some great notes to exchange…of course BEFORE the chocolat-y goodness of Magnum consumed us! Leaving you with some pictures from the event-
I reached an hour early, so I went in to Cafe Prato for a quick bite. My lunch was a gorgeous banana pancake with cinnamon infused whipped cream, and coffee. You gotta love them weekend lunches!
The event started a little late, so I used up that time to “network” I had a fantabulous time, I’m not complaining!
The #MagnumMasterClass was conducted by Janice Wong, Asia’s Best Pastry Chef 2013 and Fritz Storm, World Barista Champion 2012.
What was the masterclass all about? Coffee and Chocolate of course! While Janice gave us “gyaan” about chocolate, Fritz took us through the nuances of coffee making. My take-away? I am asking the Barista to “flush” before getting me my coffee.
