Hola Amigos! How have you been?
As for me- I took off on a mini-vacation last week and am almost at the end of it. The only thing that I am complaining about at this point is the lack of exercise and the weight gain. Not getting my daily dose of running gets me depressed.
I’ve been trying a variety of home-workouts while traveling. Here is another one I thought I’d share with you. I’d prefer a 7km run , but something is better than nothing-
(I start off with 20 Surya Namaskars- that’s totally up to you, not a part of this work-out)
This exercise (minus the Surya Namaskars) will burn 100 calories.
