And I’m back with another work-out post! If I’m making you add on pounds, I should be doing something about keeping you healthy too, it’s only fair.

Here’s something I do when I haven’t worked out for 2-3 days at a stretch. It gets a little tiring, but the numb-sore feeling at the end of it gives you another high. Trust me.

 


Repeat 5 times-

 

40 jumping jacks

30 crunches

20 squats

10 push ups

 

 

That’s all. Yes, it may sound easy, but you might want to reconsider your decision once you’re through with the second set. Save it for a day with a lot of energy and guilt.
